5 Year Ministry Goals
1. Begin planting a multiethnic / multicultural church in a larger city in France.

|
2. Teach the future leadership of France @ Bible schools, camps, modules.
Year ONE:
- Learning language at a university in the Paris region.
This year will be spent in fine tuning Steve's language ability in order to be effective in writing /speaking the French language.
- Researching a target city where we would envision planting a multiethnic church.
We have already begun the research process and have a lot of information about the potential of different cities and the existing evangelical works going on. We will need to put time in survey work and being in country physically is an essential.
- Observing the St. Denis church under the leadership of 3 men with their unique diverse multicultural approach to ministry in the Paris region.
- Moving our family to our target city

Year TWO:
- Building a multiethnic team.
This team would be made up of French citizens or ex-pat missionaries that have on their heart the same city and vision as we do. (It is important to understand that I believe that God will raise up a team of lay people and pastoral leadership from churches around France and perhaps even from our target city who will have the same burden as we do.)
- Apply for and become a legal French association so as to maintain our testimony before the French authority and government.
- Mass promotion in our community so as to inform our city that our evangelical church exist and that we want to care for the ministerial evangelical need of it's multi-ethnic people.
- Begin public meetings and begin building long term community relations
Year THREE:
- Evangelization in the community. This will probably necessitate some kind of personal evangelism course so that all those associated with our church will have the tools to testify and proclaim the gospel.
- Modeling: We will certainly need to model how to build relationships with people and lead them to Christ.
- Programs: Start programs that will meet people’s spiritual needs. Their diverse need will vehicle our programs.
Year FOUR:
- Disciple those who have become Christians and give them a sense of ownership in their new church. This will entail giving them responsibilities slowly.
- Local and Extended training of potential initial leadership
- Put in place our first elder / leader chosen from the community
Year FIVE:
- Train the ministry core of the church for a new phase of reproducing themselves.
- Sharpen our contacts and ties with other sound evangelical churches within the city and region so as to facilitate a greater contact for evangelism and sweet biblical fellowship on all levels.
- Church's evaluation of itself submitted to home church and EBM.
- Outside evaluation brought in. Their findings should be submitted to the new church and EBM.
